Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a low edition number?
Numbers are assigned live and at random on the validation stream when pre-orders close. Pre-ordering puts you in the draw; turning up to the stream gives you a shot at the lowest numbers as they're called. We publish the final list immediately afterwards.
Is this a limited edition?
Yes. This edition closes when pre-orders end. Numbers are assigned live, at random, on the validation stream. Once we close, this edition is final - we don't reopen it.
Will the edition number really lock at close?
Yes. We assign every number live during the validation stream, then publish the final list. No further numbers are issued under this edition.
When will my order ship?
The shipping window is Q3 2027. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your box leaves the warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because this is a paid order (not a deposit), changes and cancellations are not possible after checkout. Please double-check your shipping details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Customs and duties are handled before your box ships, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
What are the shipping prices?
They’re listed under the price, in “Shipping rates by destination”. A few examples: US $11.00, UK £10.50, EU €16.50.

New to FiGGYZ

What is a FiGGYZ?

FiGGYZ are pixel-art collectible characters from the video games, anime and pop culture you love. Each one snaps onto a metal backplate by magnet - display it on a shelf or mount it on a wall. Every FiGGYZ is numbered.

Every FiGGYZ has a code or QR on the back. Scan it in the free FiGGYZ app and your collection lives in the app. It works with every FiGGYZ you own, not just this box.
